What is a Park Model? |

Park Models are recreation vehicles primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreation, camping or seasonal built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels and have a gross trailer area not exceeding 540 square of living space. They can be located within RV Parks and Campgrounds, as well as on private property. They are NOT mobile homes. |

Is financing available? |

Dorayan Industries works with lending institutions that can provide you with financing assistance. Park Models are financed just like an automobile or traditional RV. Many customers will use a home equity loan on their primary home to obtain favourable interest rates and ability to deduct interest. |

How are Park Models transported? |
| |
12' wide park models must be transported by a professional trucking company. Special highway permits are requited in each province in which it travels. Dorayan coordinated the arrangement of the delivery of the unit to your property. |

Do you site the Park Model once it is delivered? |

Yes. Dorayan Industries will set up your Park Model, level it, skirt it, build you a deck, install a sunroof or build you a sunroom. We complete the entire package. |

Yes, the utilities must be in place in order to use the Park Model on your Property. |
